It’s official, I am now a managing director of a company that will one day be very sucessful, will probably rescue puppies from burning buildings and is almost certainly carbon neutral.

I was under the impression that setting up a company was complicated, but the internet has proven once again that it can do things you never thought possible. Fire up the Paypal account, shoot some money into cyberspace and fill in a form, congratulations, you win one company. The adminitration starts here, as the pitfalls of company ownership apear almost infinite. However, my positive attitude is returning after the magnificent faliure of Monday, give me a good reason to be positive and I think we can pull through.
Avast! Our first piece of junkmail as a limited company: 20% off setting up a website and a free blackberry if I commit my soul for a minimum of 18 months with no payment due until last Thursday!
That’s not especially positive, but I had more visitors than ever before today (thank you, if you were one of said visitors), and if even a quarter of you were to come and eat at the eventual restaurant we’d have customers, so thank you. You, dearest reader, are the reason for my positive attitude.

However it was well written. 🙂 So VERY glad to hear you guys are still a couple.. The girls are doing FANTASTIC! To make you feel exactly your age Caroline is 6. Yes Barn… your psudo niece is 6. Feel ancient yet? Kristi is 13 and precious AB is 10. Bob and I got divorced and then I got remarried. I now have 2 sons to add to the mix. IT is HELL some days but we survive. So… tell me more about your buiness plan. In the US Catering is dependent more on word of mouth first then advertising in specific small areas. So… what are you using for capital? Recipies? Fare?
