Event Catering in our Food Van

You have 100 hungry guests, and you're looking for good value evening food without the hassle. This is where the new era of street food will come to the rescue. The Jabberwocky is one of the pioneers of the Birmingham Street Food scene, and can dive into your event and feed your folks with minimal fuss and fantastic value for money.

Neatly packed into our oversized food van is a full catering kitchen with no need for external hook-ups, so we can be set up and serving your guests food in just half an hour. We use disposable, biodegradable packaging for service so even the washing up takes care of itself. Rather than spending ages coordinating your catering just point us at a field/castle/garden/roadside/forest and we shall cater within it.

Event Food Specialities

Whether it's afternoon tea for 80, toasties for 500 or burgers for 120, we can create all kinds of treats from inside the van. We're great for festival themed weddings, as a spectacular alternative to a traditional garden party or for on-site office parties.

As we work directly from the van we do not provide a table service or waiters, instead why not draft in friends and family so that they can meet all your guests, plus we don't have to charge you for staff - perfect to keep that all-important budget under control.

We understand that any event is a hefty endeavour for an organiser. Thus we can provide you with a tailor-made menu, and work to your schedule. At the end of the day we’ll clean up and clear out in far less time than a traditional caterer. In short, we promise to do our utmost to make your day great!

Locations

Our food van, the Beast, roams all over the Midlands, although we may have to charge for mileage in certain locations. We cover Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Worcestershire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and, of course, serve all over Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Menus

We have a selection of over 30 different tailor-made toasties, but can also make a masterful burger, string together a superb hot dog and dish up a champion chilli or wicked wrap. Why not try a pulled pork bap, a brisket bun and all kinds of soups and stews.

For the more refined taste we offer afternoon tea, served on vintage crockery with cakes, dainty sandwiches and summery sweets of all kinds, doused in tea.
